Where do you deliver, and is it free?
Delivery is free across the tri-state area: all of New York State, including Long Island and the five New York City boroughs, plus New Jersey and Connecticut.
How do I transfer my prescriptions?
Use the transfer form or call us. We contact your current pharmacy and let you know when your prescriptions are ready. Some controlled-substance prescriptions need a new prescription from your doctor instead.
Can you help when my plan requires a prior authorization?
Yes. We identify what your plan requires, send the criteria to your prescriber’s office, and follow the request until your plan decides.
How can my doctor send a prescription?
Your prescriber can e-prescribe to Statmeds Pharmacy, 399 W John St Ste 100, Hicksville, NY 11801, or fax non-controlled prescriptions to (877) 961-1116. New York requires controlled substances to be e-prescribed, with limited exceptions.
