Insurance and cash pricing
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage drug plans, and we offer fair cash prices if you’re uninsured. Either way, you’ll know your cost before we fill.
Ways to pay
Insurance
We bill most commercial and employer plans and Medicare drug plans directly, and check your benefits before we fill.

How it works
Benefits, Medicare and cash pricing
How we check your benefits
Before we fill, we run your prescription through your plan to see whether it’s covered, what you’ll owe, and whether the plan needs a prior authorization, step therapy or a quantity override. If something stands in the way, we tell you and your prescriber’s office right away.
Medicare drug plans
We bill Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage drug plans. If a drug isn’t covered, you have the right to ask your plan for a coverage determination or an exception. Learn about your Medicare rights.
If you choose to pay cash outside your Part D plan, that purchase may not count toward your plan’s out-of-pocket costs. We’ll explain before you decide.
Paying without insurance
Call us with the medication name, strength and quantity, and we’ll quote a cash price. We can also share lower-cost options for your prescriber to consider.

It’s the price you pay without billing insurance. We’ll quote it before we fill. If it’s lower than your copay, we’ll tell you.
Can I use a manufacturer copay card?
Manufacturer copay coupons generally can’t be used for prescriptions paid by Medicare, Medicaid or other federal health programs. Commercially insured patients may be eligible, and we can help you enroll.
