Lower Manhattan’s hospital and medical offices
NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, on Gold Street near the Brooklyn Bridge, is the neighborhood’s hospital, and medical practices lease space in office buildings across Lower Manhattan. Commuters may also keep doctors near home in Brooklyn, New Jersey or Long Island. However your care is split, each prescriber can send prescriptions to Statmeds Pharmacy by e-prescription to the Hicksville address, or by fax to (877) 961-1116 for non-controlled medications. You then choose whether we deliver to your home or your office.
Lobbies, mailrooms and converted towers
Office buildings in the Financial District generally have security desks, and many send packages to a mailroom rather than to individual floors. If you’re having a prescription delivered to work, include your company, floor and the building’s package procedure. Residential conversions and new towers typically have a doorman, concierge or package room. Temperature-controlled packaging protects refrigerated medications in transit, and controlled substances may require a signature that a mailroom can’t always provide.

Can you deliver a prescription to my office near Wall Street?
Yes. Statmeds delivers free to workplaces as well as homes. Give us the company name, floor and lobby details. If your building sends packages to a mailroom, mention it, since controlled substances and some other prescriptions may need a signature.
Can a doctor at NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital send my prescription to Statmeds?
Patients treated there can have their prescriptions sent to Statmeds. The prescriber e-prescribes to 399 W John St Ste 100, Hicksville, NY 11801, or faxes a non-controlled prescription to (877) 961-1116.
Is it a good idea to have a refrigerated medication sent to my office?
It can work. Refrigerated medications are sent in temperature-controlled packaging, but if you choose your office, plan to collect the package from the mailroom or front desk promptly and store it as directed on the label.
